![]() This approach has worked for me on a couple of occasions. Give it plenty of time to install and, hopefully, you will get the message to restart your computer. Then click on the windows logo key in the lower left hand corner of your screen and click on "settings", "update and security", and click on "check for updates". Once you open the control panel, click on "trouble shooting" and then click on "fix problems with windows update" and hit "next" to run the application. It should pop up as a desktop app that you can click on to open.
